Through food, of course! The kitchen has all the accessories you'll need and you can even pick fresh herbs and vegetables in the garden. Just don't forget to water them!

Our attic and garden are our chill and work zones. You can take your laptop and work there till the morning if you want. In the attic, it is allowed to smoke e-cigarettes and water pipes. You can enjoy your cigarette in the garden or in front of the house. ​ If you don't want to be disturbed by others, each room has its own work desk and chair. ​ We can also give you some recommendations for the closest co-working spaces.

Hate cleaning up after others? You don't have to worry about it here! Proper cleaning service of the shared house areas is once a week. During the week everyone is cleaning after themselves. Dirty dishes in the sink are not allowed here. We love to keep our house clean and tidy. Interested in cleaning services for your private room? You can order it as well.

Yes, you can invite your friend for dinner, beer, or movie! You are responsible for your friends and you must make sure they do not restrict other housemates. BBQ's are upon mutual agreement. Wild parties are NOT ALLOWED.

Sure, it's no problem if it's for a night. Just let us know! If you need someone to stay for longer than that, it's upon mutual agreement and a small fee for the extra water usage, mattress and beddings. We can also recommend local hotels or guest houses if you need something fancier for your guests.

There is a big mall close by with shops, restaurants, pharmacy, fitness center, sauna, and other services. Just a few minutes from the house you can find smaller shops, more restaurants, and hairdressers. There are also several parks and a city dam which is perfect for swimming, or walks, jogging, and yoga.

From the Airport Public transportation: Right in front of the terminal there are bus stops. Take either 119 to metro station Nádraží Veleslavín or 191 to metro station Petřiny. Both stations are on the green A line. Exit at the station called Skalka and take the 138 or 177 bus to stop called Zahradní město. At the airport bus station you need to purchase a ticket, take the 90-minute one for 40 CZK. Expect the journey to take approx. 1,5 hours. Taxi: We recommend Uber or Bolt, because you can see the price in advance and decide whether you want to pay that or not. Depending on the time of the day, the price from the airport to Jirinkova Co-Living is approx. 800-1000 CZK. Expect the journey to take approx. 45-60 minutes (depending on the traffic). From the city centre Public transportation: If you travel by metro, choose the green A line to stations Skalka or Strašnická, then continue by buses 138 or 177 to stop called Zahradní město. If you travel by tram, take the 22, 26 or 97 (night tram) to the same stop. From the centre, you'll need the 30 minute ticket for 30 CZK. Expect the journey to take approx. 15-20 minutes. Taxi: Same as for traveling from the airport, but expect it to cost around 200-400 depending on the day and time.
