Part-Time Community & Operations Coordinator

Are you someone who loves creating a welcoming, organized environment? Do you enjoy a balance of independent work and community engagement? We’re looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented person to join our team at PRAGUE NOMAD in Prague 10.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing&Sales: Create and post engaging content for available rooms on social media. Organize and conduct property viewings, showcasing our rooms and apartments to potential tenants.

  • Check-In/Check-Out Process: Prepare rooms, welcome new residents, and handle all documentation (contracts, handover protocols, and Ubyport reporting, occupancy calendars).

  • Tenant Communication: Act as the main point of contact for tenant inquiries, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable living experience.

  • Maintenance: Liaise with cleaners and handymen, monitor task completion, and keep inventory stocked.

  • Administration:  Keep us organized! Scan documents, process bank statements, match receipts, and prepare records for our accountant.

  • Community Engagement: Organize brunches, game nights, or gardening activities to foster a strong sense of community.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Fluent in English and Czech. This is essential, as you’ll be the bridge between our international tenants and our local Czech service providers and authorities.

  • A natural organizer. You find peace in order. Whether it's managing maintenance schedules or finally getting the storage room perfectly sorted, you have a knack for systems.

  • Pro-active & Independent. As a core member of our tiny team, your initiative is your greatest asset. You’ll have the creative freedom to identify opportunities for growth and turn your ideas into reality.

  • Reliable & Accountable. We trust you to manage your own day and make independent decisions. In return, we look for someone who treats deadlines as commitments and takes personal ownership of their tasks. You take pride in delivering high-quality work accurately and on time.

  • Experience-Driven. You have a background in hospitality, co-living, or real estate, giving you that essential "keen eye" for detail that others might miss.

  • Community-Minded. You are committed to creating a welcoming, friendly, and sustainable living space.

  • The "Hands-On" Factor. You don’t mind getting your hands a little dirty. Whether it's light gardening or minor property fixes, you enjoy being active.

  • Animal Friendly. You must be comfortable around cats, as our resident feline is an integral part of the PRAGUE NOMAD team!

  • Ideally based close to Prague 10 Zahradní mΔ›sto for an easy access.

Why You’ll Love Working with Us:

  • Flexible Hours. 4-5 hours a day Mon-Fri and occasional weekend check-ins or events for clients. Remote work is possible up to 2 days a week.

  • Long-Term Opportunity. A stable, 1-year contract with the potential for renewal.

  • Impact. You aren't just managing a building, you are building a home and a community for people from all over the world.

  • Start from May/June 2026.

If you’re passionate about people, sustainability, and self-development, we’d love to hear from you! We look forward to making our space feel like home with you!
